Some would say: "New Year is a New Look" and when we say "NEW LOOK" am sure it will always be connected to shopping! I am happy to share to everyone what Kessa had discovered online. Online is a great deal in looking for inspiration in creating your new look but it is also a platform for shoppers to conveniently shop for almost everything that they need. New Year's Resolution

I am just another guy who hopes to have a better year.

I know that there are many reason why I should be thankful for the past year. 

I gained new friends, new experiences that would for sure make me a better me. 

Many may have prepared their new year's resolution. 

It could be a long list and logs of things to be or not to be done. 

Though I am not a fan of New Year's Resolution, I don't despise those who does. 

Actually this year, I only have one thing I need or must do for the whole year of 2013 and I think this would be my new year's resolution too.

This year, I will still continue what I have started last year, that is collecting books and distributing it to some unfortunate schools who doesn't have a library.

This year, I hope to make it big. I could collect good books and magazines and in the long run, I also I could bring some school supplies to the said school recipients.

I know there are people out there who have a kind heart to help. If you have something to share please do let me know. I always vacate my weekends for meet ups so I could start collecting those donations.

Together if we just help each other everything is possible.

My Fruity Maja Blanca

Maja Blanca or others would call it “Maja” is one of my favorite dessert.  The original Maja blanca is made of mainly cornstarch, coconut milk and sugar.  However, thru the years Maja Blanca has evolved and different version has been created.

Before, Maja Blanca is actually serve on special occasions. Nowadays, Maja Blanca can be bought in school canteens, restaurants, and or even along the streets. For me, I would consider Maja Blanca as one of the Philippine Street foods as it is literally found anywhere usually together with other Filipino desserts like puto, kutsinta, and the like.

Tuna Escabeche

Escabeche is really popular among Filipino's. Filipino's came up with different variation. This time around I am proud that I have learned a new way of cooking Tuna. I am really excited visiting other houses during Holiday Season because I've got to learn new ways and techniques of cooking different Filipino dishes. They called it Tuna Escabeche Waray Version.

Metro Manila Film Festival 2012 - The Awards Night

After a very successful opening and film showing last December 25, 2012. The Metro Manila Film Festival finally came to its point - the unveiling of the winners. Who would get the most awards tonight. The Metro Manila Film Festival will run from December 25, 2012 until the first week of January 2013.

Well of course I have my own bets for the major awards like Best Actors and Best Actress for the said Metro Manila Film Festival 2013.

Every December 25, all cinema's in the Philippines opens giving way to the entry of the yearly Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). This year, I am one of those who made sure to watch the top 2 entries that I think would offer the best value to my money.

We went to Mall Of Asia to buy our tickets as early as 3:00 PM however we ended up to 11:00 PM (One More Try) and 1:15 AM (Sisterakas).

I would like to take this opportunity to everyone who has been part of my 2012 journey. There'd be many reason to thank all of you. Without you, I didn't learn lesson that I can use on my day to day life. Without all of you, I wouldn't be inspired to go on being happy. Without you there would be no meaning of my 2012 journey. I hope that you will still be part of my life story this 2013 and the rest of the year until destiny would finally end and close my book to be revealed soon.

I am thankful because with all of you I never felt alone in my weakest time. I am thankful because I know that I would never walk alone.

This Christmas Season is a season of joy, love and forgiveness. I may not be the type of person who would say and show that I am happy, I may not be as vocal as any one else who could say I LOVE YOU, or you may not know that I have forgiven you. But let this blog be my instrument to do so and I wish you all the best this Christmas Season. May you and your family enjoy the holiday and prosper this coming New Year.

hmm 2013 is fast approaching.... New Years Resolution? Nah am not a big fan of that. To replace the so called New Years Resolution, I would say I will prepare my top projects and activities for 2013.

Miss Universe 2012 is making some noise in virtual world. Some would expressed their outright comments to Miss Universe 2012 winner Miss USA Olivia Culpo. Miss USA now Miss Universe Olivia Culpo is a sophomore at Boston University.

The newly crowned Miss Universe was asked “What is something that you have done, that you will never do again?”

Culpo briskly answered: “First I’d like to start off by saying that every experience, no matter what it is, good or bad, you’ll learn from it. That’s just life. But something I’ve done that I’ve probably regretted would be picking on my siblings growing up because you appreciate them so much more when you’re older; you get closer with your family. Everybody fights with their siblings, right?! But I don’t regret it.”

My Top Ten Picks for Miss Universe 2012

I don't normally pick my top ten candidates. I normally just pick my top ten bet during the coronation night it self. However this time around I have decided to pick my top ten in advance just to add more color. My top ten pick are based on what I have watched in you tube (interviews and some fashion shows), captivating pictures, and if I think they have commercial potentials in selling a product.

This year, I personally think a blond hair or a Latina would bring home the crown but who knows Miss Philippines would be the dark horse and steal the moment.

Dengue Fever

I had a dengue fever a few weeks ago and keep me in bed for at least a week. Most of the time Dengue Fever is more rampant after the flooding and heavy rains. This is because Dengue carrying mosquitoes lay their eggs in stagnant water accumulated in empty tires, flower pots or flower vase, or in tin cans that has accumulated rain/fresh waters.
