Petra and Pepita Encarnacion Group of Salon

My friend had a hair rebond and hair color in this salon.Well it turn out that he is very much satisfied with the result.

This is how my friend Anton look like before we entered the Salon.

And this is how he look like when we left the Salon.

Lets talk about the Salon itself.

Personnel:

The hair designer who first touches my sister's hair here in Manila and also the person who do hair rebond for my friend Anton is Hershey. She is really good, she listens to my instruction and inject her opinion and so we could come up with one decision and that is good customer service for me. They are willing to talk to their client and not insist what they want rather they try to explain their point. She also do hair cut, hair rebond, hair treatment to female client.

Mike also did my hair cut and colored my friends hair after rebond. He has a very good sense of humor. He talks to his client and I felt comfortable because he seems to be the expert of his craft. (at least thats how i felt when I had my hair cut with him) He also shares his ideas on what he thinks about your idea.

Pros (applied to everyone):

·         Very good customer service. They talk to their customer. They are also suggesting a better option for their clients in hair cut or hair color. They chat to their customers on a standby. They make sure you get entertained while waiting for your turn.
·         Also, they look good on their t-shirt. It gives uniformity in the salon.
·         They are not LOUD and they are neat.
·         They are professional that is why their customer is coming from all walks of life. I also noticed that they are helping others if they don’t have customers.
·         I give them 1.25 as a grade for their personnel. Kudos to the personnel.

Cons (applied to no one in particular):

They may sound very pitchy and sometimes it is annoying but as a customer when you go to the Salon you should know what you want and what you need. If not all you need to do is trust your hairstylist.

The Salon:

I love the decorations in the salon. Very Appealing!

Pros:

·         The place is clean, neat and organized.
·         They have enough mirrors.
·         They have enormous lights. So their clients could immediately see their hairstyle, color and cut.

Cons:

·         They should have more actual plants in the Salon. The plants actually help diffuse the smell of the chemical in the room.
·         Sometimes, their air conditioner is too low.

Management:

Pros:

·         They give the right amount of product for their customers to use example: shampoo, conditioner, hair color.

Cons:
·         The management should be visible on the floor and not in the counter only.

This is the counter. So beautiful!

The comfort room as well is really clean. It doesn't smell bad.

The lounge or the waiting area is also fantastic. It is very comfortable.

They also offer free Wifi Access!

Major Services they offered that we availed:

Hair Style: Php 100 each (note they also have a hair cut that would only cut for Php: 38
Absolute Rebonding with Hot Oil PRO-V: Php 1000 (note they also offer high lights for only Php 150.00)

Check out their Facebook for more details.

To Whom it may concern;
I'm DanIlo Olanday a freelancer media practitioner from a reputable network.at the same time a local official in our Barangay. I have a BAD experience on a "never expected moment" while enjoying one fine Wednesday morning. I intended to take my 13 year old son a PWD (speech defect case) for his monthIy regular haircut.we usually commute to get to our regular hair salon located in Libertad Street in Pasay, However on that day I decided to bring my Son to a much nearby hair salon named PETRA and PEPITA since we are just few blocks away from their Salon which is located in Taft Avenue near Gil Puyat LRT Station.

We are inside their Salon around 10 in the morning and we waited for our turn for my son's haircut. To make the story short. Their hairdresser ( i recall his name is Bong when his colleague call his name) call us, and ask with an authoritative tone in tagalog..."Anong Gupit niyan?" Referring to my Son.... "Undercut" i replied. He then told me "Sigurado ka undercut???" Yes undercut...Bakit??? I ask him back... " kasi nag-aaral siya di ba??? Oo teka bakit ba??? I replied... He then told me "walang bawian yan ha!" On that note i was alarmed and told him "Teka...Bakit nanakot ka???" He then told me "hindi naman siya nanakot"..."I saw the fear reaction on the face of my son so i just instructed him... "ok sige Trim mo na lang..Clean Cut para safe na lang" he then mumbled a word.."Lahat naman kaya namin style dito " and i Ask him again..."Ano Yun???". When i felt that this argument is going nowhere i decided to stay quiet and just watch very carefully on my son. While this guy cut his hair. Honestly if not for the presence of my Son, Situation will turn ugly. For the sake of my son I just hold my emotion..Embraced more patience and understanding with what your employee's WRONG attitude.

CARDINAL RULES :
1. He is working with a popular group salon, so every unpleasant observation reflects on your company.
2. On any given time always be nice to a Costumer. You can give suggestion but say it on a nice way.
3. Don't be harsh on your words when dealing with a costumer.
4. Even if you're the cheapest haircut in town, treat your costumer the way other expensive salons treat their costumers.

This is a simple conflict between a customer and a service provider however, this will make a big impact on your image and sales.

I hope this story will be a lesson on your employees.
