MY DAY is made SPECIAL because of YOU!

As a child we dream to have a birthday celebration in Mc Donalds, clowns, cakes, and of course birthday gifts. As we grow a little bit older or should I say during teen years, I am wishing to have a birthday celebration with friends at the park or go swimming. As we reach our adult years we wanted to have a birthday celebration with our families, children and officemates.

For me its just another date that marks a day when I would age a year older. However, every time this time of the year comes I am always thankful with all the messages I am receiving. I am thankful because I have families and friends around me announcing their birthday messages. I am thankful because the Lord continuously gives this people who are always loving and caring supporting me all the way. I thank the Lord because HE is giving my support system and this are the people who truly care and this people who extend their wishes and greetings.

Another year has passed; challenges are always their arising and naturally end the way it has to end. To all those who are with me in my battle in life, you are truly a blessing from up above. You are all belongs to my support system pushing me all the way. My success each year, every accomplishment I made are blessing from our Creator but I can never succeed nor accomplish this without all of you guys (my friends and love ones). Thank you and please join me again for another year full of surprises and joy!

I would like to THANK ALL OF YOU because you have accepted me and my imperfection, my flaws and my being me. I am not perfect and I lack almost everything but I am thankful because you believed in me, stayed with me, stand by me. This is one of the reason why I am always thankful to our creator because HE has given you and you and you and all of you (heheehe).

God Bless you all and I love you!

The Mount Pulag Expedition

If you are planning to do mountaineering I am totally suggesting you try Mount Pulag. Since Mount Pulag is the second highest mountain in the Philippines please expect that temperature there could go to as low as -5 degrees Celsius.

Also, please make sure to listen to your tour guide.

To preserve the beauty of the place here are some rules that we need to follow:

  1. Bring thick clothes and appropriate camping gear.
  2. Do not pick wild flowers, bonsai plants, or even animals that you see around the mountain. It is great to see these wonders of nature but they are only as good for taking picture and not bringing them home.
  3. Bring back your garbages. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE MOUNTAIN. I also suggest that we don't burn our garbages in the mountain.
  4. Be a responsible back packers.

Save The Majestic Mount Pulag

The farms are now slowly creeping up the majestic Mount Pulag. Farmers are slowly taking over the said paradise. It is good that we have farmers who tills the land so we could have vegetable on our table. It also means an economic stability to our farmer.

I hope that we spare this mountain from the kaingin and farming to provide habitat to our trees, flowers, and animals.

HELP SAVE MOUNT PULAG! STOP EXCESSIVE FARMING!!!!!!

The Majestic Mount Pulag

The beauty of the Philippines lies on the beautiful natural resources. The Philippines scenic and crystal clear sea water of its majestic beaches to the proud and powerful mountains of the north.

It is my long time dream to travel to the second highest mountain in the Philippines, "Mount Pulag" but due to time constraint and luck of resources it remains to be a dream.

Luckily, my Uncle Robert of Department of Agriculture, Cordillera shared his photos in their trip to the said mountain.

I am still a mega fan of green vegetation of our vast and wonderful mountains. It is the heart and lungs of the Philippine society. It is the backbone of the Filipinos.

I think he is also well loved with his daring gay role. There are numerous gay roles but Markova and the Comfort Gay is the one that I loved the most.

He is truly a remarkable actor.

An Early Morning Jog at Ayala Triangle

When we go out for an early morning run at the park maybe a lot of us has their own reason for doing it. We might be focusing on loosing those extra pound beauty that we have. Other's is to distress themselves from those frustration in the work place. Other's would just want to relax and feel what nature has to offer.

And so yesterday (July 7) its my day off. Normally, I just do my usual coach potato attitude but then I decided to go out and run. I may have a lot of option but the first on my list is The Ayala Triangle.

I have so many reason of choosing this to do some running and stretching activity. Aside from there are a a few people running which gives me more time to relax and not care about what other's would be doing. I would also have a lot of space to do my thing.

Also, there's a lot of plants in the park. It is refreshing and also relaxing to either do some brisk walking or jogging and of course stretching.

The trees are beautifully landscape and scattered all through out the park. It gives a gently breeze and a breath of fresh air in the busy streets of the metro. It draws your imagination away for the meantime in the hustle and buzzle of this chaotic world.

The grass carpeting the ground is so attractive. Its luscious green and vibrant color is like a pool of water in the midst of the dessert. It awakens up my sense because it is as if the grasses are reminding me how beautiful the world would be if it is covered with green little grasses adorned with these might trees!

And so I told me, "no wonder there are group of individual coming here spending there early morning running and jogging and walking their dogs."

Ayala Triangle Park in Makati located at the back of the Philippine Stock Exchange is my most loved park.
